The Balanced Relationships Project –
Men’s Study Group – Tuesdays 6:30 to 9:00 PM
Women’s Study Group – Wednesdays 6:00 to 8:30 PM
In this Project we intend to give participants tools for creating Balanced Relationships, relationships in which all parties experience being Seen, Heard, Mattered, Included, and Empowered.

Many of us grew up in families and communities where we experienced dominance by one person over others or one group over others and at times felt we were not Seen, not Heard, didn’t Matter, were not Included, and were not Empowered. Many of us experienced these relationships with family members, the community and even the “outside world” as being unbalanced, meaning there was continuous conflict. How did those unbalanced relationships influence our relationships with our Selves and our future partnerships at home, at work, and in the community? Can there be balanced relationships? If there are, what would they look like, and how do I create them? This project offers another way to look at our relationships and presents tools for creating balanced relationships.
