Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) Systems

Basic Self-Defense Course For Women Only

R.A.D (Rape Aggression Defense) Systems for Women is a nationally recognized program of realistic, self-defense tactics and techniques.  RAD’s program objective is to develop and enhance the options of self defense so they may become viable considerations to the woman who is attacked.

RAD consists of lecture, discussion, instruction, and hands-on simulation. This dynamic program has the ability to empower ANY woman by providing her with effective and proven self-defense tactics necessary to avoid, resist, and defend against an attack if she so chooses.

The RAD Systems course is a comprehensive, 12 hour program offered over a period of three or four days. The last day of the course entails a simulation exercise, where the participant has the opportunity to employ the techniques and skills she has learned against trained simulators, in a controlled environment.
